I‘m just gonna come right out and say it - I LOVE picnics! But almost as much as I love picnics, I love the fun accessories that come along with them. There’s nothing better than a trip the farmers market for some fresh ingredients and wine, coming home and whipping up something fresh, packin’ it up and heading out or up. (roof top picnics are the best!) It’s the packing it up step that got me thinking…Typically, I fill my glass containers, (eco friendly of course) grab some cloth napkins and throw it all into my tote bag, but there’s gotta be a more organized way to do it, so I went hunting…
Here’s what I found. First of all their site is so fun (literally). They have everything you could possibly need to go on a picnic! Plus with all those weddings I have coming up…what a great gift! This is such an inspiring photo, being that I’m not one to just buy what I see….I kinda want to make my own “green” version.
While hunting for the perfect picnic basket I came across the perfect lunch box (which, by the way, you can now find at Wholefoods.) It’s also referred to as the “laptop lunch box”. The creators of this lunch box are a couple of clever mom’s who wanted to provide their kids with a healthy well balanced lunch that was fun to eat. With its’ bento box “esk” feel and lead free plastic this makes the perfect lunch box or organized picnic box!
So the moral of the story is…go on more picnics!
